- Parents or legal guardians of the child

Providing false or misleading information may result in denial or cancellation of admission.
2. Admission & Attendance Policies
Admission is subject to:
- Seat availability
- Submission of required documents
- Payment of applicable fees
- Completion of the registration process
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke admission due to:
- Misrepresentation of information
- Non-payment of dues
- Behavioral issues affecting the learning environment
Regular attendance is encouraged for your child’s overall growth.
3. Personal Belongings
Totpro Play School is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
Parents are advised to label all belongings clearly.
4. Health, Illness & Medical Emergencies
Parents/guardians must:
- Disclose medical conditions, allergies, and medications
- Submit a Medication Consent Form if medicine is to be administered
- Keep their child at home during contagious illnesses
In medical emergencies, if parents are unreachable, Totpro Play School is authorized to take necessary actions in the child’s best interest, including contacting medical professionals.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
For Parents:
- Cancellation within 14 days of enrollment → Full refund
- Rescheduling allowed once within 12 months (if requested 5 business days prior)
- No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations
By Totpro Play School:
We may cancel or reschedule classes due to:
- Low enrollment
- Holidays
- Force majeure or unavoidable circumstances
Affected parents will be notified in advance and offered alternate options.
We are not responsible for incidental costs (travel, accommodation, etc.).
6. Intellectual Property
All content—logos, graphics, curriculum materials, videos, text, photographs, and digital assets—are the intellectual property of Totpro Play School.
You may not:
- Copy or distribute materials
- Republish content on other sites
- Use our branding without written permission
- Sell, rent, or sublicense educational materials
